Riyadh: Downtown Design, the Middle East’s premier fair for contemporary design, will debut in Saudi Arabia with Downtown Design Riyadh from May 20-23, 2025, at JAX District.

Held in partnership with Saudi Arabia’s Architecture and Design Commission, the fair will connect global and regional brands with architects, designers, and industry leaders, reflecting Saudi Vision 2030’s commitment to cultural and design excellence.

Exhibitors include Huda Lighting, Cosentino, Natuzzi, Iwan Maktabi, Collectional, Lasvit, and Venini, showcasing cutting-edge designs and bespoke installations.

Positioned to cater to Saudi Arabia’s booming interior design market valued at $3.66 billion in 2024 and projected to grow to $4.63 billion by 2029 the event aligns with major national projects like Neom, The Line, and Diriyah Gate.

Mette Degn-Christensen, Director of Downtown Design, emphasized the event’s role in fostering meaningful industry connections, while Dr. Sumayah Al-Solaiman, CEO of the Architecture and Design Commission, highlighted its impact on Saudi Arabia’s evolving cultural and design landscape.

Set in JAX District, a creative hub near Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, the fair will offer immersive experiences, exhibitions, and VIP engagements, reinforcing Saudi Arabia’s emergence as a global design destination.
